About Tony Mayo



After many years as a freelance project manager in industry Tony decided it was time to start making a real difference to people.  Already a Reiki master and having trained as a Tai Chi instructor with Paul Lam, Tony retrained into Neuro linguistic Programming and Hypnotherapy (see www.empowerfirst.co.uk) so now works with mind, body and spirit.
